Cargo Charges
For orders of 100 $ and above there is no charge for cargo, while for domestic deliveries below 100 $ the cargo expense belogs to the customer.

Are there different delivery conditions for different categories?
At our site, the delivery conditions could vary from time to time, depending on the category of the product, since these products and services have unique properties.

Is it possible to have delivery abroad?
No, we do not deliver abroad at the moment. Fortunately, such deliveries will initiate as soon as the legalities are taken care of. Meanwhile we thank you for your understanding on the issue. However, if your country has legal permission for the delivery of products purchased through e-trade by DHL,UPS, etc., then your product could be sent to you.

When will I receive my product?
At our site, your security as a credit card user is the upmost important issue and as soon as you place your order, we begin to control your payment/invoice data continuously. To achieve that security, we made sure that before the process of procurement and delivery could start, your payment/invoice information should be approved and an e-mail proving this approval should be sent to you. Under normal conditions, your order will be shipped to you through the contracted cargo company in 3 business days the most, as soon as your information is approved.

Weekend Deliveries
The orders placed on friday before 1 p.m. will be shipped in 3 business days from the day of delivery or the next monday, depending on the type of product. The orders placed after 1 p.m. on friday will be processed the next monday or in the next 3 business days the latest. There is no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.

Stock Related Issues
In your orders, there could be stock related delays from time to time. You will be informed about these delays either by phone call or email. In order to be reached in time in such a situaiton, please make sure that your contact information is complete and accurate.

Alternative Delivery Information (the address of delivery)
When placing an order through our site, the “customer” section within the "delivery information" must be carefully filled. Please note that the alternative customer assigned could only receive your cargo after presenting a valid i.d.

Adress Information
In order to have your delivery as soon as possible, please make sure that your address is correct and detailed.
Payment at your address
Cash payment is not possible for your orders made from this site. For your domestic orders below 100 $ , the cargo payment will be made by the customer to the cargo company either by cash or credit card.

Faulty / Incomplete Orders
Please check your product while the cargo personnel is still with you. In case you realise a mistake or problem about your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Consumer Rights and Security
As our security system initiates a seperate session for each visitor, there is no need for cookie system, so you do not need to make any arrangements at your browser (Internet Explorer, netscape, etc), and this system doesn’t track your computer.

Data Security
All the personal data received from the users are being saved at the utmost secure electronic and physical security standards, and this data is used under the control of the authorised personnell only when there is a requirement to reach that information, whilst our system is compatible with both the Turkish Republic and international trade laws. Guarantees not to use your personal data gathered at our site without your consent, and promises not to reveal, abuse or transfer this data under no condition and with no reason whatsoever.

How do we assure Credit Card Security at Our Site?
Security for customers using credit cards is the most important issue at our site. Our site has a Fraud Department in charge of control for the payment/invoice/delivery address information provided during order placement. That is why an “approval email” is sent to customers who place an order after the financial data received from them are controlled, approved, and only after these the process of delivery could be initiated. The credit card user will be contacted to validate the entered data in case there is need for approval. At our PAYPAL system, in addition to World’s widespred online payment substructure,PAYPAL system is being used. The information related to the credit card being used during the purchase process is independently coded by PAYPAL. If your credit card is approved, purchase process continues onward. As none of the information about your credit card is recorded or viewed, third parties can not, under any condition, could reach this data.

RETURN POLICIES
All the products sold at our site are under the warranty of our company.

What are our return conditions?
Return the product(s) only when wrong product(s), or someone else’s order is mistakenly sent to you (the name of the product is printed on every cargo package). Or read the part on defecetive/missing orders and apply the explanations. Another thing you could do is to return the product back if you realize the next day that the wrong product has been delivered to you. Inorder to make this return, the product cover should not be opened, the product should not be damaged and be salable. Only if these conditions exist, the product could be returned without cargo expense to the customer. Otherwise, when the product is returned without the conditions stated above, it will not be accepted by the company. The payment for the product(s) should be made within 3 business days. In case cargo companies other then the contracted ones make the delivery, cargo amount will be paid by the customer. Whenever a wrong product transfer is realised, your correct order will be sent to your address as long as you return the wrong product in good condition and intact.
